Lead Support Consultant - Dynamics 365 CE Job Opening In WorkFromHome – Now Hiring DXC Technology


Job description

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Lead Support Consultant in the Dynamics 365 CE space to join our team.

You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them resolve complex issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and align their technology investments with long-term business goals.

Your technical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the successful operation and evolution of customer systems.

Experience Required

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant in D365 CE and/or Power Platform
  • Proven experience in:
    • Dashboards, Forms, Tables, Fields, Views
    • Business Process Flows
    • Power Apps (model-driven and canvas)
    • Power Automate (workflow and business rule design)
    • Power Pages Portal (configuration and customization)
  • Experience with DevOps practices and development in a Cloud environment
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Power Apps Desktop, and Azure DevOps
  • Development background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Plug-ins is desirable
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages Portal are highly desirable
