You have the drive and vision to embed Salesforce into our sales team and grow the adoption of the tool by building strong relationships with the team and identifying areas of improvements to ensure Salesforce is an enabler to our sales team.Working closely with business owners, SMEs, our Business Solutions team and wider ICT colleagues, you will be seen as a trusted business advisor and change-champion, embedding governance and streamlining annual maintenance activities related to the Salesforce solution.
The role will research, design, implement, and support all Salesforce activities working with a team of local and regional experts.
Using both business process and system knowledge, the role will proactively promote continuous improvement that will benefit our sales team.
The role lies within our Business Solutions & Support team, within the Lead to Cash domain.You will bring the following to the role:Great sales process knowledge7 years + Salesforce administrator experience and knowledge of integration with external systemsExperience of maintaining governance processes across global ICT partners and customersKey stakeholder management and the ability to influence your business partnersYou are excited to join a team who challenges the status quo, using design thinking to help the business identify the problem and ensure the solution is relevant and future proofed.
You will be confident in working with cross functional team members to design, develop, implement, and support the business.About the roleAs a Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of the Lead to Cash Domain, working alongside Salesforce and SAP experts across the value chain.
You will partner with business solution and process experts to champion change.
