Key Accounts Manager Job Opening In Auckland – Now Hiring Philip Morris International

As part of this bold journey, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Indirect Retail team in Auckland.
This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our smoke-free product portfolio across national key accounts.
You'll be at the forefront of building strategic partnerships, driving commercial excellence, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our transformation vision.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage national key account strategies across indirect retail channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and decision-makers in key accounts.
Develop and negotiate trading term agreements that support PMNZ's growth and transformation goals.
Track and report on channel performance using KPIs and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Planning, Field Sales, and B2B Digital teams.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Champion consumer-centricity and ensure alignment with PMNZ's high service standards.
Qualifications
Strong commercial acumen and experience in FMCG sales (3+ years).
Proven success in Key Account Management or similar roles.
A degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Finance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High learning agility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong analytical skills and a data-led decision-making approach.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
