As a Key Account Manager for the New Zealand market, you will maintain the business and develop new business and external clients relations by securing briefs and identifying and responding to opportunities.
Develop excellent internal client relationships in all key areas (Purchasing, Marketing and Technical) and at all levels within the organisation.Reporting to: Sales Manager, OceaniaWorking location: 19 Wellington Road, HowickMain ResponsibilitiesDeliver sales performance and achieve sales targetsWork against the annual budget planned to achieve new winsIntroduce new products to existing and potential customersPrepare monthly sales forecast with the planning teamMonthly reporting and presentation of new winsDevelop initiatives designed to win and retain new key accountsManage the key customer accounts as allocated and defined in the Key Account ListSecure project briefs by promoting customer relationships by understanding customer's business and marketing strategiesUndertake regular customer visits to service customer needs and promptly deal with issues and complaintsUnderstand external customer business strategy (E.G: studying customer annual report)Maintain Project briefsMonthly reporting and presenting of new winsMonitor competitor movements and marketplace dynamics ensuring information is communicated with key company partnersAll other ad hoc responsibilities that may support the siteMain RequirementsAt least 7 years successful sales experience in food or related industryBachelor degree in sales, marketing, business or any relevant areaDesirable requirements: Performance bonus*LI-YAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
