**Job Description:*** Support Key Account Managers to drive growth across iconic global brands Mars New Zealand home to market leading brands such as MARS, SNICKERS, EXTRA, ECLIPSE, PEDIGREE* 12 Month Fixed Term opportunity based in our Ellerslie office, with up to 50% work-from-home flexibility**At Mars,** we're more than just a global business generating over $35 billion in annual sales — we're a passionate, people-first, family-owned company.
**Right now, we're looking for a proactive and driven Key Account Executive** to join our high-performing team and support the success of our multi-sales portfolio.
**In this role,** you'll work closely with our Key Account Managers (KAMs) to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes, build strategic customer partnerships, and help shape the future of our beloved brands.You'll also have the chance to take direct ownership of key responsibilities and make your mark within a collaborative, values-led environment.
* Supporting KAMs by managing promotional submissions via our online customer portal.
* Collaborating with KAMs to identify opportunities that strengthen customer partnerships and drive business growth.
* Taking direct ownership of projects that contribute to channel and business objectives.
* Leading process improvements within your role and across the wider team.
* Working closely with demand planning to support accurate forecasting.
* Creating and managing regular reporting and insights to inform decision-making.
* Providing general administrative and coordination support where needed.
* A passion for sales, ideally with experience in FMCG or a related industry.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
* A solid understanding of core business metrics and trade maths.
* Excellent project management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
* Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

**We have two exciting Foodstuffs Account Executive roles available** — a fantastic opportunity to showcase your sales talent and get a real taste of life in a high-performing team.
