  • MON – FRI 8.30AM – 5PM

Located in Castle Hill is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role managing a mixed assets portfolio across NSW.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Senior Centre Manager some of your key objective will be the property management of 6 commercial & 2 large format centres with responsibilities including:

  • Distributing monthly tenant rental invoices
  • Reviewing and processing of rental charges/reviews/increases
  • Collection of monies, including rent, outgoings and arrears
  • Raising work orders to contractors once instructed by Facilities Manager and manage compliance
  • Processing and approving supplier invoices for payment by Financial Controller
  • Collection of tenants and contractors public liability insurance
  • General lease administration and provide support to the Centre Management team
  • Preparation of monthly reporting
  • Assisting the centre manager with budgeting
  • Maintain tenant and landlord relationships, whilst professionally representing Centre Management
  • General office duties including answering of phone calls, front desk enquiries, maintaining office supplies and tidiness

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within a similar admin role where you have ideally managed retail, commercial or mixed-use properties.

    You enjoy building relationships with landlords, tenants and sub-contractors and being the go-to person for any queries.

    If you have extensive residential property management and you’re looking to move into mixed use, that’s fine.
  • Strong admin skills and an understanding of the leasing process – your role will involve ensuring contracts are entered correctly while overseeing all aspects of lease administration.
  • The kind of personality that is proactive and reactive with an excellent work ethic.
  • Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re comfortable working with anyone from senior management, store owners to tenants and sub-contractors coming in to do repairs or maintenance.

    You are professional yet approachable and have a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Qualifications by way of a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration would be great – but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity and is perfectly suited to someone looking for a full-time role, close to home within a genuinely great organisation.

It’s all about being organised, being the go-to admin person and maintaining existing strong relationships.

You naturally enjoy working with finances as well as having the personality to be confident dealing with the tenants.
