Job Details
Part-time: 17.5 hours per week.
Fixed term until 30 September ****.
Pro-rata salary provided; full-time equivalent £35,856-£40,088 per annum (incl.

LWA).
Responsibilities
We are looking for a recent graduate from the University of Westminster who can advise and support students and colleagues on the exploitation of technology in learning and teaching, with a particular emphasis on the emerging significance of Generative AI.
The post-holder will help students and colleagues at the university to develop their AI literacy and use of corporate systems in relation to Generative AI, through the provision of 1:1 advice, workshops and short courses.
The position is part of the Learning Innovation and Digital Engagement (LIDE) group, which operates on all sites within the university and provides specialist advice and support to staff on the exploitation of technology in and outside the classroom.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject, or demonstrable and relevant equivalent qualifications/experience.
Some understanding of the range of skills needed to effectively exploit technology in learning and teaching.
Experience of working, learning, or teaching in both face-to-face and virtual contexts, and experience of issues that people may face in using technology.
Good general digital skills and proven experience in the exploitation of Generative AI by students for learning and colleagues for teaching.
Customer-oriented and able to demonstrate an engaging approach to helping and supporting others.
Practical written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.
