This is an incredible opportunity to join our awesome collaborative team, providing direct support to members of the District Court judiciary.We are looking for an administration officer who is confident, proactive, remains calm under pressure and has a warm personality.
You will have excellent communication and writing skills and strong interpersonal skills; be IT savvy and able to work efficiently, managing competing priorities daily.
The role may require occasional after-hours work.
A can-do positive attitude with discretion and sound judgement are a must.
Nimbleness is also essential.The successful candidate will work closely with the Judicial Administrator to the Chief District Court Judge, and the Executive Assistants to the Chief District Court Judge, Principal Family Court Judge, Principal Youth Court Judge and National Executive Judge.This is a full-time permanent position based in central Wellington.In This Role, You Will Be Required Toprovide administrative support relating to expenses, travel, and general account keeping on a share basis.
This will involve regular phone/email contact with District Court Judges and Personal Assistantsprovide professional and courteous reception and telephonist services on a shared basisprovide some secretariat support such as minute taking and meeting organisationprovide day to day support to the Judicial Administrator to the Chief District Court Judge.
