Your Role
- Design, develop, and implement microservices using Java and Spring Boot .
- Work within an agile team to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
- Utilise AWS services for development and deployment in a cloud-native environment.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
- Engage in code reviews and collaborate with the broader engineering team.
- Support the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Your Fit
- Proven experience as a Java developer, with a strong focus on Spring Boot .
- Solid experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
- Experience building and deploying microservices .
- Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
