We're on the hunt for a dynamic IT Support Engineer to join our lively crew in our Support Office in Morningside, Auckland.
Imagine this: You'll spend your day tackling service requests, improving your fellow colleague's days with your problem-solving skills and turning tech troubles into triumph.
You may already be on your IT journey, or you may have just finished your degree and be looking to jump into the tech world.
You'll work 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional on-call adventure thrown in for extra excitement!

Responsibilities include:
Assisting with and responding to service requests
Ensuring the ongoing reliable operation of IT infrastructure
Building and repairing computers and IT equipment
Resolving technical customer requests for support
General helpdesk support
About you:
To enable you to be successful in this role, you will need:
Relevant tertiary qualification (A+ certification desirable) and strong knowledge of Information Technology.
You're a tech wizard but you also love helping people.
Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
