As an IT On-Site Support Specialist, your main role is to handle IT issues that require physical presence at the company office.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with users, and staying active in a fast-paced environment.Main Responsibilities:Provide IT support at your main office and provide remote support when necessary.Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when needed.Fulfill standard requests, including PC builds, new user configuration, and software installations.Help maintain shared IT services like printers, Wi-Fi, and AV equipment.Keep accurate IT asset records.Assist with system performance testing and documentation.Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new employees and train users on IT best practices and tools.Keep the agile office IT equipment and stockroom organized.Required Experience:Strong customer service mindset.Passion for technology and problem-solving.Clear communication skills (spoken and written).2–5 years of experience in Level 2 IT support.Education & Skills:Degree or certification in computer science or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and common office software.Familiarity with IT Service Ticketing System and ITIL processes.
