Overview
A well-established and purpose-driven natural health organisation is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its technology function and support key digital transformation initiatives.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing IT operations, systems architecture, and digital transformation projects.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to align technology with business goals, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
The Role
- Lead and manage the internal IT team and external vendors
- Oversee the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FinOps)
- Drive adoption and integration of Microsoft Fabric for data analytics and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications
- Support change management and user training across departments
Ideal Person
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or health sectors
- Strong hands-on experience with D365 FinOps and Microsoft Fabric
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data governance best practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to delivery and problem-solving
