We're on the lookout for an Inwards Goods Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help drive our warehousing and logistics operations to the next level.
This position is Fixed Term for 21 months.
As the Inwards Goods Supervisor, you'll lead the Freezer and Dry Goods teams, ensuring the seamless and timely receipt of inbound inventory and the accurate delivery of raw materials to production.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be expected to roll up your sleeves, drive performance, and constantly look for ways to improve.
Your key responsibilities include
Overseeing the daily operations of inwards goods and stock controlEnsuring full compliance with MPI, RMP, health & safety, and quality requirementsLeading business and process improvements, contributing your own ideas and helping implement new onesManaging documentation, inventory accuracy, and electronic stock recordsTraining and developing your team to meet and exceed high standards
The successful candidate will have
3–4 years' leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or factory environmentProven ability to motivate, engage, and lead teamsStrong understanding of inwards/outwards goods processesKnowledge of MPI, RMP, HACCP, and health & safety requirementsGreat problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindsetSound computer skills and ERP system experienceA forklift licence
