Our client is a leading Kiwi-owned ICT solutions provider, delivering secure, reliable, and scalable business technology systems across New Zealand, specialising in end-to-end managed services, enterprise networking, and internet solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting and maintaining WAN and internet services for clients
  • Troubleshooting network issues (LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, end‑user connectivity)
  • Assisting in network installations, upgrades, and monitoring performance
  • Supporting end‑user device networking (PCs, VoIP, mobile, remote access)
  • Maintaining firewall and security configurations – Fortinet preferred
  • Responding to support tickets and customer communications within SLA
  • Helping deliver projects and contributing to technical implementations
  • Creating documentation and staying up to date with vendor products
  • Participating in the on‑call support roster (as required)

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Network Support or Engineering role
  • Proven experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar IT services business
  • Solid understanding of IP networking, routing/switching, and WiFi
  • Experience with Fortinet firewalls (NSE certifications a bonus)
  • Strong documentation, time management, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple clients, vendors, and technologies
  • Proactive attitude and ability to troubleshoot and elevate when needed

Desirable Skills

  • Fortinet NSE 4 or higher
  • Familiarity with ISP platforms
  • Understanding of VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and SD‑WAN technologies
  • Microsoft and Windows
