Join our new Developer Acceleration squad, who are working to improve Developer productivity and efficiency through experience.
In this role you will:
Work with the squad to deliver and support high quality development platforms, tooling, and patterns, standardising what our teams build and baking in quality and security from the start.
Provide expertise to the Development squads, Security, and Architecture by helping to ensure technology and best practice frameworks are being used to achieve a great outcome for Kiwibank.
Embed into and work directly within Kiwibank's other Development squads to help them implement our platforms and practices.
Build and evangelise AI tooling that will boost the productivity of our developers by surfacing information and speeding up their workflows.
You'll be keen to adopt new ways of working with a constant motivation to improve.

Where your expertise matters.
Key skills and experience we're looking for:
2+ years commercial experience developing .
NET services.
Experience in CICD and DevOps practices.
Experience designing and building at least one of: RESTful, GraphQL, or Event-based services.
Experience in software engineering and driving good practices.
Proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other developers in an Agile environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with front-end development, ideally React/Typescript/Node.js.
Experience building, customised, and using AI development tools.
Experience with containerization and observability tools are a bonus.
Experience automating technical and business processes.
