We're looking for a confident, capable designer who's ready to level up creatively, technically, and professionally.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end design projects across campaigns, print, digital, and real-world spaces - delivering strong creative outcomes while collaborating with marketers, product managers, and regional teams.
In This RoleYou'llDeliver end-to-end creative projects, from concept through to execution.Interpret and action feedback from senior designers with maturity and openness.Provide day-to-day support and informal mentorship to junior team members.Balance hands-on design with the opportunity to grow your strategic thinking and creative leadership.
Day-to-day You'llLead the design and delivery of campaigns, digital content, packaging, event collateral, and brand development projects.Take ideas from briefing through to final production - on time and on brand.Create marketing assets that work seamlessly across print, social, e-commerce, web, and email.Prepare accurate production-ready files with precision and care.Contribute fresh thinking and ideas in team brainstorms and creative reviews.Support junior designers with guidance, feedback and sharing best practices.Collaborate daily with marketers, product managers, and regional teams to bring ideas to life.Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpointsStay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to elevate creative output.
Who We're Looking ForYou're an experienced midweight designer with a solid track record in fast-paced agency or studio environments.
You're ready to transition into an in-house role where you can grow creatively, technically, and professionally - while making a real impact.
You'll Bring5+ years of experience as a designer in an agency or studio environment.Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept to deliveryProficiency across Adobe Creative Suite - especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.A sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.Clear communication and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.A portfolio showcasing campaign work with clarity, craft, and impact.Willingness to complete a trial brief as part of the process.
Bonus Points ForExperience with 3D or spatial visualisation tools (SketchUp, Keyshot).
