We're on the hunt for a
world-class Data Analyst
to join our team.
You'll work with the Revenue Operations team and various stakeholders to build insights and a modern reporting infrastructure to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
The role specializes in applying advanced analytics to Halter's growing GTM data sets and helps build the foundations of our GTM data stack, contributing to the strategic direction of analytics at Halter.
The ideal candidate is product-minded and user-driven; you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deeply understand their needs—blending data from sales, marketing, customer support, enterprise resource planning, finance, and more to tell rich stories with data quickly.
You'll bring technical expertise and critical thinking to surface the right insights for key commercial decisions.

Responsibilities and qualifications
Responsibilities:
Scope, develop, and publish business intelligence reports within the Tableau suite for a wide range of stakeholders.
Define metrics and insights with GTM leaders to enable data-driven decision making.
Write high-quality data models within our dbt environment.
Collaborate with data engineering to build automation to surface timely and accurate data.
Maintain high levels of communication about product requirements, timelines, risks, and priorities.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and better ways of working.
Support the mission in a start-up context by helping with what's required to succeed.
Essential qualifications:
Expertise in data visualization with business intelligence tools (ideally Tableau).
Deep knowledge of SQL and data modeling with dbt.
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub.
Proficiency in Python (or another language) for automation (e.g., Airflow for scheduled reports or data integrations).
Knowledge or interest in collaborating to develop an analytics AI agent.
Enthusiasm for learning quickly and taking initiative.
Bonus capabilities
(not essential to apply): Knowledge of statistical methods and/or machine learning for predictive analytics.
Experience with one or more GTM platforms—Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, NetSuite, Linear.
Your day-to-day
Scope, develop, and publish business intelligence reports within Tableau for a wide range of stakeholders.
Work with GTM leaders to define metrics and insights needed for data-driven decision making.
Write high-quality data models in the dbt environment.
Collaborate with data engineering to automate data delivery to the right people.
Communicate product requirements, timelines, risks, and priorities clearly.
Stay current in your area of expertise and share knowledge with the team.
