Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality civil engineering designs using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

  • Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Engage with clients, contractors, and councils to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Conduct site inspections and manage contractors.

  • Mentor and train graduate engineers.

What You'll Bring:
  • 2-4 years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development.

  • Strong design skills with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Canterbury or the University of Auckland at least a Masters from a Washington Accord University.

  • A passion for problem-solving and delivering quality outcomes.

  • Willingness to visit sites and work hands-on with contractors.
