NZCL is looking for energetic and motivated people to support our clients in residential services in New Plymouth.We are looking for permanent, full-time night shift Support Workers to work alongside, coach, and mentor rangatahi and tamariki in our intensive support services in New Plymouth.What does a Support Worker do?

Our Support Workers assist rangatahi and tamariki who access our services to live as independently as possible in their community.You will:Work as a team to ensure consistency in your approachSupport tamariki or rangatahi to go to school or access educationObserve and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the young personSupport rangatahi/young people to work towards and attain their goals and improve outcomesWhat do you get?
