Our teams are our greatest asset and we are committed to employing and training the best people.We are looking for full time and part time, night shift (wakeover) Support Workers to work alongside, coach and mentor rangatahi and tamariki in our Residential Services.
Experience and knowledge of Te Ao Maori would be advantageous for this position.
The locations of work will include Rangiora, St Albans, Marshlands, Cashmere.What does a Support Worker do?

You will:Work as a team to ensure consistency in your approach.Support tamariki or rangitahi to go to school or access education.Observe and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the young person.Support rangitahi/young people to work towards and attain their goals and improve outcomes.What do you get?
