Overview
Apply for the Insights Analyst role at Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
Join our Digital Services and Operations, Assets and Supplier Management team in a complex ICT environment with an exciting pipeline of work.
Salary $85,537 to $101,911 per annum + kiwisaver and wellness benefits – Wellington based, permanent position.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to develop relationships and produce proactive insights.
Use Power BI to create compelling visual stories about ICT spend and savings.
Automate data ingestion processes with R Studio to make reporting repeatable and robust.
Tailor reports to audience needs by translating raw data into clear narratives.
Qualifications
Good understanding of data and insights practices.
Excellent relationship management skills at all levels.
Ability to ask the right questions to uncover business decisions.
Data visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, DAX, SQL, R Studio.
Proficient with cloud services (Azure or AWS).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Right to live and work in New Zealand.
