The team proactively manages contract lifecycles and the relationships with technology suppliers.

We use a different approach to tracking technology services consumption to create transparency and financial sustainability.

About the Role

As an Insights Analyst, you will work hands‑on with business teams, foster supplier relationships, and drive actionable insights.

You will use Power BI to tell compelling stories about ICT spend and savings and R Studio to automate data ingestion processes.

This role requires a detail‑focused, flexible, creative mindset and the ability to tailor reports to audiences by understanding their needs.

About You

Experience in data mining, cleansing, and visualisation is required.

You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, walking the line between technical expertise and relationship building.

Independent thinking and the ability to explore data for new stories is essential.

Attention to detail will lead to business decisions with far‑reaching implications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Good understanding of data and insights practices.

  • Excellent relationship management skills, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to ask the right questions and uncover answers that help the business achieve better results.

  • Data visualisation – conveying information in a meaningful way so stakeholders can make sense of it.

  • Design data solutions to test hypotheses.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, DAX, SQL, R Studio, and cloud services (Azure or AWS).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex issues engagingly.
