**Position Information**

As our Infrastructure and Security Architect you will take on a role as part Architect, part Engineer – and will be tasked with the design and implementation and upkeep and smooth running of our Group Technology Systems Whilst this role sits outside of the support team, you’ll be responsible for what you design and will work closely across the business.





+ This role is broad across systems and will touch all our IT Capabilities working alongside the Business Apps and Data Architects to ensure our solutions are fit for purpose, working as they should and kept modern with business needs met.

+ It will focus a lot on in an end-to-end capacity and ensuring that any new platforms and features are adequately ready to be supported.



+ Supporting the IT Support team, our project teams and our technical analysis teams to make sure we’re building and running our systems to add value and build on business efficiencies whilst meeting compliance and managing risk.

+ You will achieve this with a focus on the detail, having the attitude to learn and adapt as different situations present themselves.



+ You need to be comfortable with engaging international teams, suppliers, and vendors, be organised and not being shy communicating – as well as being happy with ambiguity in a fast-moving business.

+ This role is broad- your adaptability will be key, and your drive and energy will be critical.





**About You**

You will be a specialist across Infrastructure and Security with a solid Microsoft pedigree and be happy operating in the Hybrid Cloud space covering the Network and Security stack too supporting our I&T Manager.Ideally you will hold the following experience:



+ 10+ years’ experience in a similar senior technology engineering role

+ Microsoft Pedigree (Hybrid) On Prem, Azure and M365

+ VMWare ESX / ESXi

+ Networking (Physical and Virtual/Cloud)

+ Security (FW / Defender ATP / SIEM)

+ Experience with PCI/DSS or ISO 27001/2

+ Ability to communicate with a wide group of people.



+ No restrictions to travel if required
