Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity - Infrastructure Rapid Response Coordinator
The role acts as a central coordinator for the wider Infrastructure Specifications team and provides a critical support function to the Minor Projects Specifications Manager in terms of team administration.
This role is primarily responsible for the preparation and coordination of customer and stakeholder responses and internal project consultation feedback from the Public Transport Services Planning & Development Group on all aspects of public transport infrastructure at Auckland Transport.
Key tasks will include:
Responding to customer cases that are received and actioned before their deadline with relevant information from the Subject Matter Expert.
Communicating case progress summary to front line Customer Response teams.Triaging inbound emails received via the shared email in box amongst the Subject Matter Experts and ensuring customers receive feedback and responses to requests in a timely mannerPrepare Bus Stop patronage data and bus frequency reports to provide Infrastructure Operations Lead - Bus to assess case for investment requested through customer channels.Coordinate team input to weekly reporting cycles, ensure input is obtained in a timely manner and standardise formatting and styles for onward review by Minor Projects Specifications Manager.Call/message relevant team members to ensure that they remember pending deadlines for their responses on internal consultations and customer cases.Provide project support to Minor Projects Specifications Manager to allow efficient review of project design drawings and onward transmission of Public Transport Services Planning & Development Group views.Supporting PTAG (Public Transport Accessibility Group) with administrative duties Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
