Based in Christchurch with travel opportunities to support regional teams, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights that directly impact business success.
Working closely with senior leadership and teams across all divisions, you'll build on and extend the data foundation that drives our agricultural operations forward.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise/maintain core master datasetsDesign & build Power BI dashboards and reportsAnalyse & interpret complex datasets to identify patternsCollaborate directly with sector teams to translate business needs into BI solutionsLead data quality initiatives & train business users to build a data-driven cultureAbout YouYou will ideally have 5+ years of data analysis & reporting experienceAdvanced Power BI & SQL skillsSkilled in data governance & quality managementYou excel at stakeholder engagement & translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insightsYou thrive in fast-paced, multi-business environments & build trusted relationships across diverse teamsExperience in the agriculture industry will be an advantageWhy this is a great opportunityThis is a pivotal role where you'll shape data-driven decision making across three dynamic agricultural sectors - horticulture, forestry, and farming.
