Job Description
The Hexagon EAM APAC Services team comprises dynamic & motivated individuals who work collaboratively to deliver successful outcomes for our customers using industry leading cloud-based asset management software solutions.

We self-manage our time and workload and depending on where our clients are, this can occasionally be across multiple time-zones and geographic locations including ample opportunity for remote working.
+ Coordinate, organize and facilitate all project management responsibilities including MS project plans, monitoring & tracking, change management control, and risk & issue management.
+ Strong understanding and facilitating the delivery of effort estimates and work prioritisation.
+ Foster teamwork and communication between teams and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Responsible for ensuring tasks and hours are being updated by team to provide transparency on project status and steering committee reports.
+ Develop and maintain project plans inclusive of budgets and resource utilisation schedules.
+ Provide accurate project documentation & reporting, in accordance with Hexagon methodology.
+ Coordinate with QA to ensure that quality standards and scope criteria are met for all deliverables.
+ Liaise with Hexagon PMO for continuous improvement and alignment with project delivery compliance.

+ Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices in the enterprise asset management field.
+ Vendor side project management experience implementing Asset Management systems such as Maximo, SAP or Ellipse is desirable
+ Proven ability to plan, manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
+ 5+ years of project management experience.
+ Good mix of both business and technical background to be able to effectively interact/assist with different teams.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with sales, support and finance teams.
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is looking to hire a Implementation Project Manager EAM.
The selected candidate need to reside in Auckland, NZ.
The ideal candidate has experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions delivery, is well-versed in Waterfall and Agile project management methodology and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The PM is an effective facilitator who delivers high-quality results and brings excellent communication, planning, and organization skills to the team.
You will be responsible for setting up delivery processes within the Hexagon Smart Services Methodology and helping on-board team-members and client personnel on how to adopt Hexagon project management values.
