For our business, for clients, and for youRoleImplementation Delivery LeadLocation: AucklandDescriptionThe purpose of this role is to lead key initiatives across the wider Apex business.
Reporting to the Head of Implementation, you will be instrumental in managing change across the organisation.
Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation will be your responsibility, along with delivering initiatives on time, within budget and scope.Job specificationParticipating in the Request for Proposal (RFP) processParticipating in client strategy sessionsLead the end-to-end delivery and project management of initiatives across multiple teams and clientsLeading planning sessionsDeveloping scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityCoordinating staff, internal resources and third parties/vendors to achieve the flawless execution of all projects and initiatives within the agreed timeframesTracking project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesConducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for Head of TMO/ALTManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimise risksCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation from end to endSkills Required5+ years Project Management experience in a similar work environmentExperience within financial services, preferably in the wealth environment, with KiwiSaver being a bonusRelevant project management certification, a relevant tertiary degree in commerce or IT (preferred, not essential)Experience working with and/or managing a team of business analystsWhat you will get in returnA genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global businessCompetitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experienceTraining and development opportunitiesAdditional informationWe are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
