Discover a career with purpose at MBIE * Be part of a high performing team and develop a career in identity management * Manage identity, detect fraud, and help maintain immigration integrity * 6 month fixed term | Full time * Salary range $60,727 - $70,625 + KiwiSaver * Wellington based Tēnei tūranga - About the Role: We have 3 fixed term 6 month positions in the Identity Services team within the Immigration Risk and Border (IRB) branch of Immigration New Zealand.

IRB works to protect and enhance the integrity of the immigration system.
The Identity Services team offers specialist expertise that support identity and biometric services within INZ.


The team performs a variety of functions that include:
* Manual resolution of automated face and biographic matching * Forensic and biometric services * International data sharing and engagement
This position is responsible for undertaking biographic and biometric identity resolution tasks and provides an opportunity to further develop identity management skills and to build knowledge of the immigration system within a learning environment.
