You'll manage the operation within your area of responsibility ensuring that the operation achieves all daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.

You will monitor performance across all sites, ensuring that every team member is empowered to achieve high performance levels.
Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where the efficient and effective provision of a quality service to our valued customers is paramount.
By promoting a collaborative, team-based environment, you will inspire your teams to consistently deliver and contribute to the overall success of our operations.As part of your key responsibilities you'll:Achieve high health and safety standards on an on-going basis and actively promote individual responsibility for health and safetyOversee the physical appearance and safety of the working environmentActively promote, take responsibility for embedding a culture of employee engagement within the teamManage a team across several sitesManage the team delivery of Key Performance Indicators, where this performance is sustained and continually improved, with focus on qualityEnsure processes have a relevant standard operating procedureUtilise continuous improvement tools and techniques and support team members in their applicationDevelop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting mechanismsLead daily team meetingsManage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets metPromote flexibility through skills training and personal developmentMonitor team absence and performance, taking action where necessaryCreate and maintain an employee engagement culture, encouraging involvement from all team membersWork collaboratively with other parties on siteEnsure security protocols are adhered to and the site is secureAbout YouWe'd love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you'd be able to perform well in this role!
