HR Services Administrator – fixed term until 27 February ****Join a newly created HR Services Administration team at the University of Auckland.
The role is located at 49 Symonds Street with the central HR team and supports student employment agreements, recruitment monitoring, onboarding processes and staff queries.ResponsibilitiesData entry of student employment agreements such as Graduate Teaching Agreements, Teaching Assistant Agreements and casual employment contracts.End-to-end processing of agreements, monitoring non-advertised recruitment through the Smart Recruiters system.Support all staff through onboarding procedures, follow-up where required and responding to enquiries.TeamThe role reports to the HR Services Manager and works closely with the wider HR Services team (HR Services Coordinators, HR–IT and Payroll).
Two HR Administrators support the function and the team is known for excellent customer service and a supportive culture.QualificationsExcellent Customer Service skills.Proficient in the MS Suite of packages and comfortable using a range of systems e.g. Smart Recruiters/Workday/Oracle or similar CRM/ATS or onboarding systems.High attention to detail and accuracy regarding data entry.Organising and planning skills to meet high volume processing requirements and meet tight deadlines.Meeting compliance with University Policy and current legislating.Facilitate training of staff on HR Systems.Excellent interpersonal skills.How to applyPlease reach out to Thiviya Sritharan (******) for a confidential conversation.
