    We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Head Chef with a passion for healthy food to lead our kitchen team at a high-profile corporate site in Auckland CBD.

    In this role, you'll manage daily kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, and deliver exceptional food experiences that align with our client's premium standards.

    This is a Permanent Full-Time position with Monday-Friday hours.

  • Plan and cost menus that meet client expectations and budget requirements.
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee stock ordering, supply processes, and inventory control.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
  • Develop catering concepts and operational plans for events and functions.

  • NZQA Level 4 Cookery Certificate or equivalent, with at least 4 years of proven experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in menu planning, food safety supervision, and budget management.
