What will I be doing?

  • Provide a warm and welcoming check‑in/out experience for every guest, every time
  • Manage guest queries and feedback in a genuine and professional manner
  • Inform our guests of all the extraordinary activities Queenstown and the surrounding region has to offer
  • Use influencing skills to upsell products and services to maximize sales revenues
  • Bring the Light & Warmth of Hospitality to the Front Office

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a front office or concierge department
  • Experience in a 5‑star environment
  • A passion for contributing to and enhancing guest experiences
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Well‑presented, organised and calm personality
  • Dedication and commitment to hospitality, leadership and teamwork
  • Fluent English essential, additional languages an advantage
