About the roleFable Dunedin Hotel is an award-winning luxury hotel in the heart of Dunedin Central.
This stunning boutique hotel is looking for a passionate Guest Service Agent to help our Front Office team in delivering outstanding guest service experience at the forefront of the Hotel.
You will be responsible for assisting guests upon their arrival and departure, as well as registering and checking guests in and out.
The right person for this role consistently has a proactive attitude towards our guests, making them feel special and naturally welcome to our hotel.
You have a passion to provide excellent customer services and strive to improve on your services.
