Guest Service Agent Job Opening In Auckland – Now Hiring Accor

Overview
Welcome to Novotel Auckland Airport, where luxury meets convenience just steps away from the International terminal.
Our 4.5-star hotel boasts THIRTEEN50 Kitchen & Bar, a stylish venue where traditional Kiwi flavors are reimagined with a modern twist, catering to both hotel guests and local diners.
Situated outside the terminal, Novotel Auckland Airport Hotel provides a seamless travel experience, ensuring every layover and business trip is stress-free with unmatched comfort and amenities.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests to the hotel
Take initiative on ways to improve service
Ensure public areas are well kept and tidy
Assist with the transport of guests to and from the terminal (if able)
Communicate requests to departments promptly
Customer service oriented
Upsell reservations/packages and actively promote our loyalty program
Qualifications
Flexible and reliable, with availability to work weekends and a variety of shifts
Detail-oriented, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and care in all tasks
An exceptional communicator, with proven skills both in person and over the phone
Guest-focused, able to anticipate needs and respond with genuine care and empathy
Experienced with Property Management Systems (PMS), confidently managing check-ins and guest records
Skilled in handling payments, including EDC processing and daily reconciliation
