    We're looking for a polished and proactive Guest Experience Host to join our team at one of Christchurch's most prestigious corporate sites.

    In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

    You'll play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience, supporting business operations, and delivering excellence across reception, lobby, and meeting spaces.

    This is a Fixed term position to cover parental leave from 07th January 2026 to 22nd January 2027.

  • Greet and escort guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of reception and waiting areas, offering refreshments and assistance.
  • Liaise with internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth guest journeys and event setups.
  • Manage visitor registration systems, meeting room coordination, and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Respond to guest feedback and queries with discretion, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset.

  • Strong customer service background with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, booking systems, phone systems).
