Our Strategy & Investment team plays a vital role in shaping our Te Whatu Ora strategies for Data and Digital.
We work closely with our partners to create and maintain our strategy and roadmaps, ensuring that our priorities are met, and the vision comes to life.
Our focus is on providing leadership, managing services, and overseeing architecture to align with our strategic goals.
Additionally, we're excited to lead Strategic Partnership Management.
This involves fostering partnerships with industry providers, managing relationships with national partners like Microsoft, AWS, and Spark, and handling Data and Digital Contract Management alongside Procurement.
Our team develops and maintains frameworks, agreements, and roadmaps to keep everything running smoothly.

Your visionary leadership will shape the future, influencing work programs that align with both government and organisational priorities.
With your expertise, you will nurture trust and collaboration, acting as a beacon of knowledge for our Data and Digital function and business units.
Your knack for developing data and digital strategies will lay the foundation for our organisation's growth by creating roadmaps, guidelines, and investment plans and your strategic prowess will bridge data and digital technology with wider objectives, ensuring seamless integration.
The national Architecture Blueprint will evolve under your guidance, and you will ensure best practices and policies are upheld, and as you refine processes, tools, and frameworks, our Data and Digital operating model will thrive.
Championing our values, you will cultivate a performance-driven culture among our Strategy Delivery staff.
Your ability to engage with various stakeholders will lead to strategies that resonate across agencies, governments, and markets.
By forging partnerships, you'll enhance care quality and equity outcomes, making the most of our digital investments.
