Kickstart your Career with our Gallagher Insurance 2026 Talent Programme.

As the world’s third-largest insurance brokerage, Gallagher is a global leader in tailored insurance solutions, risk management strategies, and wellbeing programs.

With over 50,000 employees worldwide, we foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.

Our Talent Programme commences mid to late January 2026 and spans six months of comprehensive training.

You will be introduced to working with clients and gain the skills and knowledge to be successful in the Insurance Industry.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

In the first six months you will participate in online and in-person workshops, receive mentoring, and complete the Level 5 equivalent Financial Services Qualification.

After training, you will transition into a home role to officially launch your career.
