What You’ll Be
Doing:

As a Glove & Barrier Team Leader, you’ll take charge of
day to day field operations, ensuring overhead line construction and
maintenance is delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.

You’ll
lead from the front planning jobs, supporting live line work, operating
equipment up to 33kV.
From pole replacements to conductor installs, from live line
glove and barrier work to safety audits and inspections your technical
leadership will set the tone for every job.

You’ll make sure your crew has the
tools, support, and clear direction they need to succeed, while keeping
customer needs and network standards front and centre.

You’re a seasoned Line Mechanic with a strong background in
glove and barrier live line work.
