About the Role

Join a young, dynamic, and fast-growing team as a Global Brand Manager for our largest brand Maison&Muse in our portfolio.

We’re looking for a talented, switched-on, and organized person to drive growth via tactical creativity for Maison&Muse.

From analysing marketing performance and sales, to strategic promotional planning with retailers and end-to-end campaign planning, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can learn fast, thrives on a challenge and is excited to make a real impact and shape the future of our brands.

We have the growth momentum and a huge pipeline of exciting projects for this brand, you’ll spearhead and bring them to life.

Maison&Muse brings elevated fragrances to your everyday, with a product range of 60+ SKUs spanning across home fragrance, household and automotive (and more to come).

This brand is in accelerated growth in Australia & the USA, so this role will have a major focus on growing these markets.

You’ll work closely with the rest of the Marketing team, as well as Design and Operations teams, which means there’s tonnes of versatility in the role and exposure to various facets of the business.

This role would suit someone who has studied Marketing or a related field looking to grow their in-house brand experience and be part of a dynamic, successful NZ FMCG start-up as we continue to expand internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead on setting, ideating, executing and reporting on strategic annual brand plans and campaign activations
• Contribute to brand product and innovation strategy and help craft new items and fragrances
• Lead, manage and optimise paid media activity across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn
• Optimising organic activity including SEO & website management and other owned channels
• Analysis of weekly sales reports to impact your campaigns
• Copywriting for websites, PR releases, new products and social
• Ideating and briefing the content team on shooting and producing content to drive engagement and growth for your brand
• Proactively finding new opportunities to drive brand growth
• Manage marketing budgets in each market
• Lead on producing and presenting decks for internal & external stakeholders
• Strategically planning and executing of promotional plans for your retailers
• Building relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Support on & ideate any new product development
• Support the COO & Marketing Manager on business development
• Be the brand champion: internally & externally

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years’ experience in Marketing or related field.
  
  
• Bring your personality: enthusiasm, fun and a hunger for growth!
• Demonstrated ability to build brand strategies and campaigns that deliver growth.
  
  
• A firm understanding of paid advertising across TikTok, Meta & Google and how to build a community around your brand.
  
  
• Strong communication skills to manage external and internal stakeholders.
  
  
• Proficiency in excel and attention to detail.
  
  
• Can learn fast, be adaptable, solve problems and manage multiple tasks.
  
  
• Highly proactive and can deliver creative solutions autonomously.
  
  
• Excited about working and driving growth in a start-up environment.
