Join our Christchurch-based team and be part of a collaborative, supportive environment delivering innovative and practical solutions across a diverse range of projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly capable group of professionals, supported by civil, structural, building services, and environmental specialists.Your RoleYou'll play a key part in the delivery of geotechnical projects from planning through to completion — applying your technical expertise to ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.Plan, coordinate, and supervise geotechnical investigations.Prepare and review site investigation and geotechnical reports.Manage and analyse geotechnical laboratory testing and interpret results.Contribute to practical, innovative design solutions for a variety of ground conditions.Prepare design documentation and construction or contract deliverables.Oversee QA for earthworks, construction monitoring, and liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and regulators.Provide oversight and quality assurance for fieldwork undertaken by others.Manage assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to professional standards.What You'll BringYou'll bring a balance of technical strength, practical experience, and a collaborative mindset — along with:A degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (BE or BSc (Eng)).
