    We're looking for Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists at all levels — from graduates starting their careers to senior professionals ready to lead projects and mentor others.

    You'll join our Nelson-based team, working closely with experts across the country.

    You'll have the best of both worlds: local variety and national exposure, contributing to projects across Aotearoa and the Pacific.


    Typical work includes:


  • Slope stability and retaining wall design
  • Foundation assessments and ground improvement
  • Site investigations and earthworks
  • Infrastructure, land development, and resilience-focused projects

    You'll be curious, collaborative, and client-focused, with a practical approach to problem-solving.

  • A BE Civil, Engineering Geology, or related qualification
  • Progress toward (or achievement of) CPEng or PEngGeol
  • Hands-on experience in investigation, analysis, and design (for intermediate/senior roles)
