About the Role
We're looking for Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists at all levels — from graduates starting their careers to senior professionals ready to lead projects and mentor others.
You'll join our Nelson-based team, working closely with experts across the country.
You'll have the best of both worlds: local variety and national exposure, contributing to projects across Aotearoa and the Pacific.
Typical work includes:
Slope stability and retaining wall design
Foundation assessments and ground improvement
Site investigations and earthworks
Infrastructure, land development, and resilience-focused projects
About You
You'll be curious, collaborative, and client-focused, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
A BE Civil, Engineering Geology, or related qualification
Progress toward (or achievement of) CPEng or PEngGeol
Hands-on experience in investigation, analysis, and design (for intermediate/senior roles)
A passion for delivering quality work and making a positive impact in your community
