You'll receive on-the-job training and work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.Your responsibilities will include:Performing field testing with precision and accuracySupporting project management and customer engagementProviding technical input on wider company projectsThis role is hands-on and physical, occasionally requiring work in challenging environmental conditions, with early starts or late finishes.We're looking for someone who is:A people-person with excellent communication skillsAble to think on their feet and make sound decisionsComfortable working autonomously and within a teamPassionate about delivering high-quality workPhysically capable of lifting items up to 25 kgDigitally savvy, especially with Microsoft Excel and WordExperience or knowledge in soil sampling is a bonus - but full training will be provided.A degree or diploma in Geography, Geology, Earth Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or similarA full, clean NZ driver's licence (Class 1)Strong problem-solvingA safety-conscious and customer-focused mindsetCommitment to ongoing learning and career developmentWhy Join Geotechnics?
