The Y is looking for a commercially sharp, purpose-driven leader to take our brand, engagement, and partnerships to the next level.
This is a senior leadership role with heart and hustle - combining brand strategy, marketing, product, fundraising, sponsorship, digital, and community partnerships.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be part of the Senior Leadership Team and help shape how The Y shows up across Tāmaki Makarau.
You’ll drive visibility, income and impact, from fitness and youth programmes to major campaigns and strategic partnerships.
