  • Reporting: Provide clear monthly updates and quarterly KPI reports to the Head of Operations and the member board.

Your skills and experience:

  • Proven success winning grants in Aotearoa New Zealand (with examples of funding secured).

  • Strong writing skills across proposals, web copy and storytelling.

  • Hands‑on website experience, including content management systems and analytics.

  • Organised, self‑managing and comfortable in a small not‑for‑profit setting.

  • A passion for sustainability and commitment to keeping e‑waste out of landfill.

  • Commitment to inclusion, equity and accessible communications.

  • Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Why join us?

  • Impact: your work directly supports a nationwide mission to reduce e‑waste and keep valuable resources pout of landfills.

  • Flexibility: approx.

20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and remote working.

  • Culture: be part of a supportive team backed by international, leading technology companies.

  • Remuneration: FTE salary guide NZD $90k–$110k; pro‑rated at 0.5 FTE ($45k–$55k plus on‑costs).
