OverviewPullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Front Office Team Leader wishing to take the next step up in one's career and use their talent to create a vibrant culture within the Front Office team at the largest Accor property in New Zealand.ResponsibilitiesCoach the Front Office team to ensure every member is confident in providing valuable insider information about tourist attractions and restaurants to hotel guests.Assist in Front Office operations and daily hotel duties.Establish ongoing on-the-job training within the department to meet brand and service essentials, using department procedure manuals as a base for all service procedures and training.Assist in recruitment activities, seeking staff who are passionate and have a natural inclination towards customer-focused service.QualificationsPrevious Front Office experience is essential, with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous.Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.Ability to remain calm and diplomatic under pressure, providing flexible solutions.Skilled in negotiating to resolve a range of guest and employee concerns.Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication, both verbal and written.Hold a valid New Zealand Driver's Licence.Additional InformationWhy join Pullman Auckland?
