ASB is seeking a dedicated Fraud Investigator to join our team.Mo te turanga|About the Role: This role is pivotal in safeguarding ASB and our customers by conducting thorough investigations and ensuring timely resolutions to fraud disputes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve customer fraud disputes promptly and professionally.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews to minimize fraud losses to ASB and customers.
Provide exceptional service aligned with ASB values, focusing on the customer experience and continuous improvement.
Lead by example and provide training to ASB business units and customers as needed.
Undertake fraud investigations also across digital and ad hoc workstreams.
Conduct interviews with victims, offenders, and witnesses to ensure effective conclusions and compliance with policies and laws.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support investigations and share industry insights.
Offer subject matter expertise on fraud-related matters to internal and external parties.
Prepare comprehensive case files and represent ASB in court when required.
