Join the Travvia Team – Fleet Care Representative (Auckland)
Location: Wairau Valley, Auckland.
Travel between AA sites as required by the business.
Reporting to: Auckland Branch Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, rostered shifts (including weekends)
Start Date: As soon as you're ready.

About the Role
As a Fleet Care Representative, you'll ensure every van and car leaves our yard looking great and running smoothly.
From fleet maintenance and grooming to helping customers kickstart their adventures, this role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, energetic, and customer-focused.
You'll work with mechanics, suppliers, and the front-line crew to keep things moving smoothly.
Whether it's ensuring vehicles are up to standard or solving an issue for a customer, your impact will be felt across every journey that begins at Travvia.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all vehicles are road-trip ready: safe, legal, clean, and mechanically sound (Rego, RUC, COF, fuel, maintenance checks)
Assist with minor vehicle repairs and work closely with mechanics and service providers
Accurately manage fleet availability and allocation to support smooth operations
Keep the yard clean, organised, and optimised for vehicle movements
Groom and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to a consistently high standard
Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service at every touchpoint
Handle customer issues efficiently or escalate when needed; support bookings and payments
Represent the Travvia brand positively and consistently
Maintain a safe and tidy workspace; report incidents, hazards, and near misses promptly
Contribute to a proactive health & safety culture
Suggest and support continuous improvements in processes and fleet care
Stay up-to-date with best practices and work collaboratively to enhance team performance
What You'll Bring
Essential:
Experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, tourism, or hospitality preferred)
Great communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends
Nice to Have:
Mechanical knowledge or experience with vehicle maintenance
Previous detailing or fleet experience
Health & Safety awareness in a workplace setting
Full Driving License
