* Part-time 0.8 FTE
* Fixed-term until February ****
* Salary band $75,201 - $78,358 p.a pro rata

About the role
This role will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the outpatient's service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service and organisation.
The Booking Administrator ensures that the patient journey through the outpatient service is as stress free as possible for the patient, and that appointment scheduling and processes are achieved in a timely and accurate manner utilising the patient administration system.

* Previous administrative experience
* Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals
* Excellent time management, prioritisation, interpersonal and organisational skills
* The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused
* Strong computer skills are essential
* Friendly and effective communication style
