Join a team where finance meets technology! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on improving systems, ensuring data accuracy, and driving innovation.

You'll work closely with both finance and IT teams to optimise financial systems, support reporting, and lead change initiatives that make a real impact.


Some tasks of the role include:


  • Designing and implementing financial systems and tools
  • Ensuring data accuracy and system security
  • Leading system upgrades and reporting improvements
  • Supporting finance projects and change initiatives
  • Training staff and developing user-friendly guidance
  • Reviewing and enhancing financial processes and controls
  • Developing and enhancing project reporting capabilities

  • Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) at our Lincoln Campus.

    Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    You will have:


  • 5+ years' experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and controls
  • Experience with system upgrades and reporting automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused mindset
  • Membership in a recognised accounting body (advantageous)
